• The hoops are bent on site using a specially design Haygrove Bending Machine. The machine can bend up to 8 different shapes to any bay width between 5m and 9m.
• The structures are quick to build – work on a budget of 390 man hours per ha for a standard Haygrove.
• There is no site levelling – the tunnels follow the natural contours of the ground.
• The legs or anchors are drilled into the soil – no concrete is needed. The legs can be drilled at up to 1000 per day using a mechanical driller.
• We offer great service – pre-site surveys, comprehensive construction manual, 30 minute DVD and strong follow up and support.
• We innovate and release new developments every season, test them on our own farm and disseminate them to our customers through open days and visits.
