Whether reared by large specialist producers or through small scale private or syndicated shoots, the problems of rearing game birds in traditional wooden houses is common to all. Typically problems include high labour costs to service houses, maintenance costs in house repairs, significant energy costs in heating poorly insulated houses and unacceptable bird mortality.

• Halo Mini Ranger - Typically built to a length of 4 x 2.5m sections including a mid dividing wall that enables two flocks of x pheasants to be reared in a single house
• Halo Mini Discovery - A small scale building built to resemble a traditional ark, but providing modern and very welfare friendly accommodation. The Mini Discovery features a top roof venting system and a steel apex roof. Typically built to a length of 4 x 2.5m sections including a mid dividing wall that enables two flocks of x pheasants to be reared in a single house
