Welcome to Haygrove Harvesting Machinery

The Haygrove Machinery System has been the culmination of 5 years worth of Research and Development at Haygrove. The aim has been to develop an integrated system that enables the grower to maximise the productivity from protected tunnelled production.

The system incorporates all aspects of accurate field layout, raised bed design and bed formation, mechanisation of non-harvest operations (weeding, planting etc) and mechanised harvesting.

Supported by the UK Department of Trade and Industry (Dti) SMART Grant, the design of the system has been led by our team of designers based at our main factory site at Haygrove Poland in partnership with the Haygrove Farm in the UK.

This integrated system from Haygrove incorporates:

• Bed Ridging and Marking machine.
• One-pass Bed Maker.
• Planting and Weeding Rig.
• Harvest Rig.

There are also a range of other innovative labour saving machines that we have tested and use at Haygrove Farms.
